The location of this hotel close enough to Days Inn Mankato as well as other restaurants was nice. Some of the staff members were very amiable and excellent. The room was quiet and immaculate, the bed was comfortable.

The fact that they had a room available. The staff was very friendly. They provided a little travel bag containing gum, deodorant, and other misc. Items.
The strong smell of stale cigarette smoke throughout although our room did not smell due to the strong deoderizers used. The bed was rock hard. The motel was full and they ran out of breakfast items. Outdated, stained furniture upolstry, gross!

The beds were uncomfortable and it seemed like the bedspreads were not washed recently. The staff was super friendly and helpful but the walls were thin (for noise) and the smell of cigarette smoke was in the hallway in the non smoking section.

I enjoyed my stay due to the comfortable Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast options could definitely use improvement, as there were limited choices available.
